July 2 2020

As is my fashion I got up fairly early today; Ok who am I kidding 7:30 am is not my pre pandemic 5:45 am so not really that early. Yesterday was Canada Day and there were no official festivities except virtual ones.

My husband, Steven Morrison (my partner in the psychic reading business as well as love)and I hung around the house July 1, basically as we have been doing regularly for over 3 months. Steve does almost all the cooking, but on holidays we veer off from the norm with popcorn or chips and dip for dinner or cake for breakfast.

Every day CTV, CNN and MSN regale us with constantly changing intense news stories always giving us lots for discussion. We are very blessed and grateful for living the life we have. We experienced a "Psychic Speed bump" that night when we turned on the Rachel Maddow show. During Rachel's intro I had a unique thought that she was funnier than Stephen Colbert. Immediately after or just as I was thinking it, Steve my partner Steve said to me "You were thinking that She is Funnier than Stephen Colbert " What! That was exactly what I was thinking. This was not a coincidence or one of those in sync moments, he actually heard in his head what I was thinking before I completed the thought. Steve says that if we are isolated for 4 more months he will actually be seeing out of my eyes.  Actually, Steve does this often in readings but this was just such a loud example that it really resonates with me. Often at house parties, when Steve is reading upstairs in a group, and I am downstairs in a quieter area the guests tell us that each of us has told them the same thing and that further accentuates the divined message given.

Yesterday at 9:30pm we drove around to experience some of  the random individual fireworks displays, There were quite a few. The trail led us to downtown Ottawa where there were quite a few people wondering around. It was heartwarming to see the liveliness to the degree of a busy summer night at a popular tourist spot. Not the usual thousands and thousands of people as would be seen on past Canada Days but busy. Some delights included  a car playing loud dance music was totally decorated with various metal objects such as trophies, racks ,knobs etc. and illuminated with hundreds of colourful lights and some cafe patrons that looked alike glamorous Hollywood stars. Beautiful, wonderful, heartwarming then my thoughts changed. Hmnnn, they aren't distancing, they aren't distancing, no masks here no masks there. It looked just like a busy holiday night even to the fact that the virus was off people's minds but they were at risk. We can't have anything nice. Glad we were in the car safe. Two steps forward, 3 steps back. I hope that my concern is for nothing.  www.ottawadivination.com
