PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
MACJAMES® RIG MRWL-07 - WASH LIQUID / INDUSTRIAL DETERGENT is an innovative and economical industrial detergent with emulsifying concentrated strength to clean dirt from many surfaces. MACJAMES® MRWL-07 – RIG WASH LIQUID is approved by Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) Approval No.: DPR/HSE.04/003.850/2015/243) for use in Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. Its PH is 8.5 - 11. It cleanses grease, oil, rust, bitumen residue, mud, carbon deposits, grime, slag, scales, etc from the various surfaces. Its alkalinity and flowability (low viscosity) makes it easy to spread and penetrate into heavy dirt to break their bonds for easy rinse off. It is blendable with hard and soft, hot and cold water media. It is biodegradable, non-solvent based, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and non-corrosive chemical industrial liquid detergent. It solves the problems of cleaning heavy and tough industrial dirt/soil which ordinary detergents cannot solve. It could be used in hand, power and steam washing activities in appropriate ratio to water in these areas:

- · Workshop and machine parts
- · Petro-chemical and refineries, etc.
- · Marine and dredging equipment
- · Farm and construction equipment

APPLICATION INFORMATION:
SURFACES/SUBSTRATES TO BE CLEANED:
platforms and oilfield equipment, machine parts, soiled engines, fouled heat exchangers, workshop/factory floors, storage tanks/reservoirs, marine and dredging equipment, rigs and superstructures and other soiled surfaces or equipment.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- · Use on all washable water-safe surfaces only.
- · Spray, apply with brush, or soak soiled surfaces and substrates.
- · Allow solution to penetrate for 2 - 5 minutes, depending on soil level.
- · Scouring or Scrubbing or high pressure application is recommended to remove stubborn deposits.
- ·Rinse or flush with clean water until surface is free from dirt and detergent.

CLEANING and DEGREASING are daily household, industrial, institutional and oilfield activities.
