“I want to acknowledge everyone for making my term in Aklan PPO dynamic and memorable. It only takes few words and encouragement to make our personnel commit to their jobs on a daily basis, even the situation gets tough. I thank you for your unwavering support, goodwill to perform your sworn duties in the name of public service, despite the inevitable circumstances and difficulties,” Perlas added.
