Marta Corrêa Lopes and Cristina Brandão, two gynecologists, meet when a pregnant woman falls ill during a flight. Impressed by Cristina's skills, Marta invites her to join her clinic, Machado de Alencar. Together, they navigate the challenges of their profession while sharing their personal and professional struggles.

EP21: Boy or Girl: Luli, a well-known model, dreams of becoming a mother and building a family with her boyfriend, Jorge. However, her apprehensions about intimacy with him arise from a perception of her body being different, prompting a visit to the gynecologist. The diagnosis reveals she's intersex and unable to conceive.
